“I've been Using this pharmacy for about 12 years. In this time I move twice, And no matter how far i move, I still go back to them. They treat myself and my family with kindness and respect. They make sure you understand the medications you're given. They happily answer any of you questions, clearly. They do the best they can in order to help all around. There has been times in which my baby was sick and I was too far and they personally delivered my son's medication. That alone is why I truly respect them. Aside from my prescriptions always being dealt with using utmost precision and professionalism, for years — they really care. I suffered an enormous loss recently and had worn it on my face while at the pharmacy. Clare took time to be a loving and compassionate support to me while I was there. The next time I came in for a pick-up right before closing, she presented me with a bunch of flowers on behalf of the entire staff. I was completely overwhelmed by the kindness. “Jay has gone above and beyond for me on numerous occasions. I am definitely one of the more obnoxious customers… or let’s just say, i’m far from ideal. I always have last minute refill requests… come right as they’re closing… etc. That being said, Jay and Bill both still treat me with kindness and never let me know how truly annoying I actually (definitely) am.
Side note, even my dermatologist raves about Jay and his extensive knowledge of medicine, and has emphasized that I can trust him to answer any questions that may arise about potential drug interactions etc. So, thats pretty sweet.

“I visited Walgreens this evening to have passport photos taken for both my child and myself. While checking out, I encountered some difficulties applying an online coupon through the app. Fortunately, Shift Supervisor Kyana stepped in to assist the cashier, ensuring that I was able to utilize my rewards without issue.
After leaving the store, I reviewed my passport photos and was dissatisfied with how mine had turned out. I immediately returned to the store, where Kyana once again demonstrated outstanding professionalism. She took full responsibility for resolving the situation, personally retaking my photo and confirming my satisfaction before printing. She even went the extra mile by waiving the charge for the retake.
Kyana’s exceptional customer service, confidence in handling questions, and commitment to putting customers first—even in challenging situations—make her a valuable asset to the store. I strongly recommend that she be considered for a higher supervisory or managerial role.
Additionally, this Walgreens location is consistently clean, well-organized, and fully stocked, making it a pleasant shopping experience overall.”
