“There was a blood stain in a carpet in my office that a carpet cleaning company came to 'treat and clean' about three different times in one week. It never got the stain out so i went to Floors Unlimited to pick out a new carpet and explained the situation to the manager. He pushed me into buying 12$ worth of carpet cleaner foam rather then getting all new carpet and baseboard molding. He literally pushed me the save myself about 1,300$ and said he's really confident i won't need new carpet. The sales guys are beyond honest and trustworthy !! These guys are now my carpet guys forever !!”

“Loved every step of the experience. As soon as we walked into Floor Decor, we realized quickly that they had so much more to offer. Their space is decorated with furniture, art and very cool items that add the finishing touches to any space. This place is a design center, not just your run of the mill flooring store. Their spaces inspires creativity. Casey was super pleasant and knowledgeable …pointing us quickly to flooring options that met our budget. Glenn was welcoming and made us feel like family —- down to earth and super cool.
We opted to use Glenn’s installers who were timely, professional, clean and have great taste in music! ?. They did a great job laying the flooring in our basement.
