They never pick up Branch phone . I practically went to the branch and called while on que, saw the phone rings on teller wall and banker desk but no one picked up

Always a good experience with customer service. Their new self service machines in the lobby however are the worst I’ve ever seen. Not customer friendly. They are new and the programmers need to be fired.

Tellers are very rude. This bank is unbelievable my stupid for their policies. When you cash a check, they deposit it first. Other banks don't do that if you have an account with them.
