I wanted a more supportive bedframe for the mattress I had bought there last year, and they suggested that instead of spending money I did not need to spend, they could just put an additional support bar on the frame that exists. Worked like a charm! Bed feels so much better now and I feel much more secure that it's being supported properly. I always like to shop local, if possible, and stores like this, are the reason to do that! Customer Service is obviously very important to them, and very much appreciated by the customer!”

He is always looking out for the customers best interest and will give you his honest opinion. He will not push you to get something you don't need or want. Every salesmen should be like him. If this place does not promote him to a manager, or higher, they are doing something wrong. Every employee should be like him. The frank land experience at raymore & flanigan is top notch! 5 stars for frank land! My girlfriend and I are redoing our studio apartment and we do not have a high budget or a lot of room. Frank was able to help us and even help measure the furniture with us and plan the layout of our apartment. We got a couch, bed frame, and mattress. All high quality for a great affordable price. Could not have had a better experience at this store because of frank land.”
