“My son recently became interested in coin collecting, specifically trying to find a rare one. We came across Specialty Rarities on Google, and decided to see if any of the coins we found and researched were what we thought. We spoke with Francine and she was great. She was very knowledgeable and taught my son and a lot about the history of the mint. Unfortunately the penny wasn't worth what we thought, but my son went back to searching and we went back. This time we spoke with the owner Jeff. We thought we would only be 15 minutes, but he wound up spending almost an hour with my son and I showing us different coins and teaching us all about different mints and US History. If you are looking for someone who is knowledgeable and trust worthy I would certainly recommend going to Specialty Rarities.”

Not only have they been a fabric of the community but they always show their commitment to Mineola through their participation in Village events. If you can think of it.... You'll find it here. Plenty of electric cars, models (that go up to 2,000 pieces), lots of model trains and trains-accessories. The beauty of the shop is that the team here are experts. Depending what you're looking for will determine who you speak with. There is value shopping in a store that understands your needs and advices you accordingly. They always set up race cars at the MIneola Street to become more involved and engaged with the residents. In summation... there are good people here. KUDOs top the team at Willis Hobbies.”

“We give this a five star because the packs always have something worth the price and normally that never happen. I come every Friday because I love it. You have a great suggestion for all sports including sticker books with I like for the world cups. Also things are farily priced. Along with the workers who work there are very nice and help you out.
