We originally switched to AT&T through the Costco location, where the representative promised us a first responder discount. Unfortunately, that turned out to be incorrect, and we were left dealing with a lot of confusion and multiple frustrating phone calls—with no resolution from the Costco team.
That’s when we met Raafeah, and everything changed. She patiently listened to our concerns, clearly explained the situation, and went above and beyond to fix the mess that was created. Thanks to her dedication and professionalism, we were finally able to get the discount we were promised. She made a stressful experience so much better with her calm, helpful attitude and excellent communication. We left feeling truly relieved and taken care of.
