Simple Fine Food is a shop offering fine foods, oils, vinegars, cheeses, sauces, gifts, and other amazing items. It is the place to get a traditional English pie fix, carrying fresh and frozen Cornish Pasties, Pork Pie, Steak and Kidney Pie, Shepherds Pie, Steak and Ale Pie, and Chicken Pot Pie. The pies are very good, with a great crust definitely made by hand. The shop also has savory pies, veggie rolls, bread, and sushi. The bread is always fresh and delicious, and the $5.99 sushi after 3pm is a good deal. The store is nice and clean, with self-checkout that is usually fairly quick. It is open 24 hours. Customers report being blown away by the food, calling it absolutely delicious and full of yumminess. They recommend drizzling strawberries with the Dark Chocolate Balsamic or using the Bacon Aoli on a sandwich. The shop has so much more than just meat pies, with many different items to explore. I love this place! Wonderful oils, vinegars, specialty food items and gift items. The only oils and vinegars I use. And it’s a great place to shop for the holidays hassle free. Stocking stuffers or gifts…all beautifully wrapped and easy shipping. A gem in Rockville Centre!
