“Great experience.Came here with my sister to sort out PoAs on our father's bank account. Our experience was wildly different than the reviews.First, there were multiple tellers and desk staff. Not sure where the waiting complaints are from.Second, we were substantively helped on both visits (this is a welcome change from the usual rigmarole when dealing with an incapacitated parent that didn't plan ahead), and our "to-do" list was not insubstantial.Thanks to everyone.”
