They don't answer the phone for info about notary services when I went to the bank I was told the notary was not available for another 2 hours

Had a poor experience at Drive-Up. Teller refused to cash a $10 ck bc my license expired the day before! TEN DOLLARS!!! Asked for mgr and told me no one was there! Very nasty. Also the drawer is too low and very difficult to use without getting out of the car!
