“Never had a problem using any of the SFCU branches. I would agree with the lack of staff on the drive-up deposit lines, which used to be more of an issue for me, but I don't use those lines anymore. Otherwise, I've taken out several loans with SFCU and have been banking here since switching from Astoria Federal (remember them?) in the early 2010s. No complaints here.”
