“I ordered 2 oval matte black closet rods after measuring the distance between the walls myself and when they arrived one was a bit short. (They ask you to measure exact distance between the walls and they'll send the correct length rod) Unfortunately I was off by 1/4" (walls are not plumb) and that meant I got the wrong size rod. I called and they told me they would send another rod whatever length I wanted as long as I paid shipping. I thought that was very fair and the new rod arrived 2 days later and fits perfectly.”
“Above and beyond. White glove service, incredibly professional, I will never shop at Uhaul or Budget again. Brian is an incredible owner. Fantastic guy. The service would easily be worth 20% over competitors but somehow pricing was almost 20% less than competitors. I never leave reviews but I can not say enough good things about this place.”

“I have been a loyal Shopper at Lowe's for many years, walked through those doors a few hundred times prior to being a Yelper. To this day every experience has been a positive one. Now that it's been a full year since I purchased my new appliances I feel it's an appropriate time to leave a review. My husband and I were greeted by salesman Gary. We found Gary to be polite, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and patient. We met with him on three occasions and not once did I feel like I was being a pest. Gary was beyond helpful and clearly an asset to Lowe's. Gary helped us get the best discount, informed us about a rebate from the electric company and told us how to obtain a $150.00 Lowe's Gift Card for purchasing several appliances. Everything went very smoothly and we are 100% pleased. And let me mention, free delivery and a Veterans discount! How cool is that! We recommend that you go to Lowe's to purchase your appliances and ask for Gary.”
