“What I thought was a complicated process moving my phone from one carrier to another which includes the dual SIMM feature, turned out to be simple; the Verizon agent Shedley had explained the process to me in full and offered to help me port both numbers over to my new cell phone once I get my new phone activated through my company. His associate Jeff was just as accommodating and both told me about a business plan offer once I activate my phone. Thanks to both for their assistance!”

They helped my with an upgrade and a new phone line, explained the prices very well and did all my data transfers from old phones to new phones!
