“Daman is awesome. He is straightforward, honest, and totally knowledgeable! We went in for a promotion we saw advertised, and everything was exactly as advertised- 4 free iPhone 17pros and $25/line (locked in for 3 years). The phones weren’t in stock in the store, so he ordered them and stayed in touch until they were delivered. Then he communicated with us several times until all the lines were transferred, etc. We reached out a couple more times with questions, and he answered immediately and knowledgeably. I’m so glad we went in! We highly recommend the Miller Place Verizon Store!!”

“I’m typically not one to leave reviews, but after yesterday’s incredibly pleasant experience with Keyth and Vincent, it honestly felt necessary. If you want a stress free and genuinely efficient experience, I seriously recommend seeing no one other than them. They were both incredibly helpful, patient, professional, and attentive from start to finish. Before even discussing the reason for my visit, Keyth took the initiative to review my account to see if there were any ways to lower my monthly bill. That level of attentiveness alone said a lot. If you go to see either one of them, you can trust that you’ll be in good hands. “I visited this store as a last second decision because I needed to switch from ATT and lower my bill since they were running the promo where you could bring in your old bill and they would offer a lower price. I was going through a rough time as a human being and I was fortunate to be helped by a wonderful woman named Rolisa and she made everything so easy. She knew everything about what to do and how to do it and helped me set up my new phone. I wanted to walk out of there paying as little as possible and she made it happen. I ended up getting money back and she helped me pick a new phone case and installed a privacy screen protector for me. Ignoring all of the Verizon stuff, we had great conversations about retro tech and new models. I really enjoyed the conversation while we waited for my data to transfer and I made sure to tip her with a Pokémon card. The only negative thing I can say about Rolisa is that she's an iPhone user and I'm an android guy, but I can forgive her.”
