“I was looking for an Easter puzzle for my pup. A woman saw us wandering and asked if she could help. She searched the store with me and then found it in the back. Thank you for going the extra mile for my Milo He LOVES it!!”
“The owner, Patty, is incredibly kind and generous. My friends and I stopped by this store while on vacation, and she made us feel completely at home, welcomed, and truly cared for. I couldn’t recommend this place more highly.”
“This is such a great place to buy a bird. Whether you are looking for a parakeet or a macaw. They have a large selection and they are well taken care. The people that work there are very knowledgeable and patient. I bought 2 buddies this weekend and I couldn't be happier”
“I am giving them 4 1/2. Stars !!!!!!!!!! I have been in the store about 20 times since I adopted my Lab puppy in march of 23. Mostly because they have a large variety of dog products, food, bully sticks toys etc. . Their prices are a bit higher or equal to that of the chain stores. But they carry so many items in stock on their shelves it's worth it. Example! My pup is a chewer, loves bully sticks, they have them in all sizes, shapes imaginable including a three foot bully stick. You're lucky if you can find any in the big box stores without ordering on line. I mostly shop in the Selden store, and have been helped by many different employees, all of them have been extremely polite and courteous every time. Never had a problem with any of their employees. Just wanted to mention this because of all the negative reviews on their employees.”
“Support small businesses! Love their grooming services and have even walked in just to get a quick nail cut for my pup. They take their time with your pet and are patient and true animal lovers.”
“I used to have a freshwater aquarium and decided to start the hobby again, this time I wanted to try a saltwater aquarium. I saw great reviews at Aqua Hut and I was not disappointed. I met Ryan and he answered all my questions and put me on the right path to start a saltwater aquarium from the tank and stand, down to the filter canisters, salt and sand. He was very patient and gave me the expert advice I needed. I also met Don, who I’m guessing is the owner. A true gentleman and fish connoisseur. My saltwater tank is up and running. There’s so many fish to choose from, both saltwater and freshwater fish. I already added fish to my tank and it’s a beautiful thing. Thank you for all the help guys.”
“I love frequenting this store. The staff is friendly, helpful, and take a lot of care with the animals that they're selling. I love them all. The store is clean, well organized, and welcoming.”
“I usually come here to get supply’s for my betta I just wanted to share my experience I always find products for my tank that I need if I’m having trouble finding something theirs always helpful employees I also came recently to buy a dog collar for my dog the manager did a wonderful job”
“Both trainers are amazing, never thought I’d get my reactive dog to be in the same room as another dog, let alone sitting right beside them. Best price, best value. Thank you!”
“i just bought a tarantula here today and i had such a great experience! a very nice and funny lady, jackie helped me and she was so kind. she helped me get everything i needed and even recommended me many things. she helped me get a vet & helped me choose which food. & she did a spectacular job taking out the tarantula for me which can be very scary her and sam were great workers and they deserve a raise! thank you so much”
“One of the managers there, (Lisa, if I remember correctly)helped me out with fitting my Maci for a life vest. They had moved stock to the back as the season was changing already but she went back and forth several times and helped us try them on. Great customer service.”

“An old town favorite that has been there for generations. Very nice to have a mom & pop store with such personable people still in business. Great selection of salt & fresh water fish and more. If anything, check out their axolotl babies! So cool.”
