“I've been coming here religiously for over 5 years. Will is the absolute best and will never take advantage of you. His dad is awesome as well. Extremely honest place and always does the best job. From my first horror of a car he always gave me all of my options with recommendations and he's not pushy like some other places. Maintenance is a breeze and he always gives me a heads up on what might need work and a time frame. My mother and my husband both bring their cars to him now as well. We're always happy when we leave and it's never a hassle to get an appointment or drop off. I always recommend this shop to anyone looking to get work done whether it's a beater car or luxury.Also, very reasonable. If he wasn't I wouldn't care about the money because I know my car is COMPLETELY taken care of. “I just bought a low mileage 2017 SUV and recently moved to Rocky Point. I was concerned when 6 months in to my purchase a cylinder started to misfire. Based on reviews I went to Nick's and I am really happy that I did. The problem was fixed within a day or so and the car is back to running really well. “Shawn Kaufman is hands down the most trusted car shop manager I've ever met in my life. I experienced a rear tire blowout on a trip from CT to NY. Although Coram Firestone shared they didn't carry the brand of tire I needed on my Volvo, Shawn advised me that for safety reasons, "there was no way he was letting me drive back to CT with the spare (a mini donut) I had in my trunk." Shawn went out of his way to locate my specific brand of tire, got it in the shop same day (which even my Volvo dealership couldn't do), and installed it. Shawn definitely has the Coram Firestone team set up like a fine-tuned machine. The work was completed quickly. In the short time I waited; I observed a great deal of professionalism, knowledge, and respect toward incoming clients from Shawn and team. Always great to witness. Thank you Coram Firestone. “6:30pm on a holiday Sunday evening riding along the LIE and J&B came to the rescue as the psi on my rear tire went from 36 to 9 in a matter of minutes! They were kind enough to stay open late for us and after about 25 min, we were off with a VERY reasonably priced brand spanking new tire balanced and all! “They definitely have a whole new auto care crew and staff. I was very impressed that they offer and take appointments (the other staff did not offer that), everything was clearly and professionally communicated and cared for (the other staff had trouble with being nice), and lastly, the current staff took in and cared for a few customers while I was there very quickly including myself (whereas the last staff took in 3 cars and called it a day for whatever excuse they mentioned). I wanted to add that these men went even further to clean each customers windows as a courtesy and I thought this was so nice of them:) thank you guys so much!”

“Outstanding experience. I brought my truck in for a tire rotation and balance and got an excellent deal and was out the door faster than expected. When I called up to get an appointment, Shawn explained that he could acomodate me the next day. He explained what the options were and gave me a fantastic price on tire rotation and balancing. I came in the next day and Shawn was friendly and helpful and efficient - and a great guy in general. He got my car in, I did a little work on my computer, and then was out the door in under an hour. Phenomenal job. The car is perfectly straight and balanced. Shawn also explained how easy it was to use my Firestone card even though I did not have the card with me; and all my service reports and invoices were emailed to me. The shop was easy to find, plenty of parking, and well organized. The shop also had a good waiting area. This was my second experience with Firestone at two different locations in two months - and both were top notch.”
