“I've lived at East Seneca Street Apartments for the past 8 years , it's changed management last few years . New owners are very easy to work with and really care about the property. Overall I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. Peaceful little town, kind and courteous neighborhood for the most part.”

“Stayed here in an unfurnished apartment for almost a year with my partner. Great price and location. Management was always prompt with work orders or concerns. Personally had no issues with noise like previous reviews stated. The facility has cameras all around especially in the main entrance where packages are left. No issues with packages being stolen. The apartments are on the smaller side and the kitchen is one downside but is easily overcome with secondary appliances like an air fryer. I was weary at first with the microwave oven but it works surprisingly well for baking and makes up for the lack of a traditional oven.”
