Mike Jr's Auto Repair is an honest, family-owned and operated garage. The business has been running for years and provides a welcoming, family-like environment, unlike larger franchise competitors. Customers are not just a dollar sign. The mechanics are knowledgeable and friendly, and the front desk staff is also friendly. They are attentive to detail and will do their best to accommodate last-minute needs. The shop offers fast, professional, and friendly service. They provide towing and roadside assistance, acting as subcontractors for some brands. Drivers are professional, nice, and understanding, arriving quickly in emergencies. They are life savers in situations like locked cars, showing great care. The business ensures vehicles are taken care of right. If you have to wait, it is worth it. Customers feel their vehicle is in good hands and they feel welcome. It is a great experience with professional and kind service.
