After I gave them a call, A tow truck was at the breakdown location in 10 minutes, jump started the car and installed a new battery at their shop at 8pm. I got the car to them at 5:15pm and they both jumped in on the task, staying late past their 6pm closing time to ensure I was safely back on the road. They saved my weekend plans in the Adirondacks.
