“I'd just like to thank Kyle the manager for helping me. I needed to install 4 tires and he took me in when I was scheduled to have the tires installed somewhere else. He also was very informative as my car needed repair on the subframe. He suggested CNY welding and after Kyle and his team finished installing the tires I spoke to Shane at CNY and he took the car right in. Thank you Kyle for all your help.”
“Richie HAS always fit me into his busy schedule. They as a team at Bill Herrig's have worked on my cars in a timely manner. They get the job done! Very personable and reliable. I'd recommend them highly to anyone. Thankful to do my business with them!!”
“Great experience. They were easy to talk to, very communicative about how they were going about diagnosing the problem. Not to mention reasonably affordable! Other shops in this area would have overcharged like crazy, but I got a more than fair price here. They were also kind enough to fit me in the next day. Overall a great experience and will definitely make them my go to shop here.”

“I bought my car new in July 2024, but the dealership did a poor job detailing it. I decided to give Professional Auto Detailing a try, and hands down, this is the best my car has ever looked. Their team is professional, thorough, and clearly passionate about their work. Highly recommend!”

“I've been coming here for NY State inspections for my car for quite a few years, and I usually have a pretty positive experience. I usually deal with Pete, who I've been dealing with for decades since his Montgomery Ward Automotive days-he's a good dude. I'm sure there are other good people here I've dealt with too, but I can't remember their names right now. I like the fact that they don't try to aggressively upsell you. I don't mind buying services if I genuinely need them, but pushy sales tactics are a turn-off, and they haven't done that here so far.”
“I needed an inspection and two tires. Rick and Brayden took great care of my car and had the work done quickly. These guys are excellent and will always be the ones to work on my car. Recommend them highly.”
“James was very much helpful.i will be recommending people to go straight to him.if there was more then a ten he would be absolutely above it.i will tell you i went to a lot of dealers that made you feel worthless.not James I will definitely be coming back in the future”
“They did a major repair on my 2013 Infiniti g37. Replaced part of rusted front subframe and replaced rack and pinion. Very honest straightforward pricing. Did excellent work, very professional. Subsequently i have used them for replacing spark plugs on 2021 Lexus es 250. Again very professional, and trustworthy. I highly recommend them!”

“Ryan was very efficient and professional.
Went in for a state inspection, and was given helpful insight into the state of my vehicle that was highly appreciated.
Garage was spacious and looked well equipped.
Recommended!”
“They are great here! The dealership was going to charge me almost as much as the van was worth to fix it... these guys saved me so much and are a pleasure to do business with! Definitely will be going there for all of our vehicle's now!”
“The team at Kirk automotive are top notch. Honestly I have fought to find an honest and affordable mechanic and these people are it!!! My truck died and I couldn't figure it out, everything was working fine and then it went dead and driftted to the side of the road. One week later and under $500 I am back driving. Thank you Kirk automotive!”
“Karly is absolutely wonderful, Ricky is just as wonderful this place does phenomenal business I will be returning in the future as a young business owner in the area. It is nice to know that There are still good examples out there to learn from.

“Broadway Tire just saved me 3000 dollars on a muffler for my Mitsubishi Outlander. There handy work made the bill 174 dollars. I was expecting a big bill. Very Honest company. If you’re looking for someone who you can trust please give them a call. Not to mention how quick the service was. They also got my car in and looked at it and completed it before our actual 1pm appt. I asked if I could drop it off early due to needing a ride home. I didn’t expect a call until closing time and they had the car done around 12pm. Amazing people and Amazing service!!!”

“I am in the process of restoring a 1973 AMC Javelin. After sitting a number of years, the car developed some electric issues . Most shops will not work on classic cars. It requires patience, thought and skill. John took the car in and resolved issues for me
The price was very fair for all the work he put into it. I will definitely return here if I need more work done. Thank you John!”
“I had gotten a flat tire and I took it in to Rick at mavis/cole muffler on a busy Saturday morning and he got me repaired and back on the road within 20 minutes. Thank you Rick really appreciate the fast service”
“This mechanic is outstanding. My daughter's car received an urgent warning light as she was driving home from school and still had three hours to go. She pulled off the highway and randomly went to this shop. It was towards the end of the day. He quickly determined the issue and went above and beyond the call of duty to find the part that she needed. He stayed late to fix the car and then charged her what was an extremely reasonable price. I am very grateful that he was so kind and took good care of her so that she could get home the same evening.”
“Peat is a great guy he goes above and beyond to make sure you get the best deal and the right paint I have been doing business with them for 4 years and he has never let me down so if u need anything auto body related and you are in rome come here family owned and peat has over 40 years experience in the auto body industry and knows his stuff so do your self a favor and shop at this family owned shop you would be helping out your local businesses and saving money and grtting the right stuff you need because like I said peat knows his stuff”
“They’ve done 2 collision repairs for us in the past year and both jobs came better than expected. Cars look better than the day we bought them. Thanks James and Doug!”
