Charged me $255 for a roofing gun that broke after 2 days of use. Never will I do business with them again! Taylor rental in Syracuse refunded me the full price of the rental when there's broke on me. Dont rent from the one in rome!

Rented a chainsaw. Chain was not sharp at all. Unusable. Had it back at the store in 2.5 hours. Refused to give a refund. Refused to give a discount. Refused to give another saw with time extension for the time I wasted. Will never be their customer again.
