“I recently went to Ace Hardware in Rome after shopping at a competitor. I was looking for denatured alcohol for a furniture repair project, but thr other store didn't have it or couldn't find it in inventory. I called Ace Hardware in advance to make sure they had it, which they did. When i arrived, a young man asked if he could help me. When i explained what I was looking for, he asked if I had just called about it, and I said I had. It was nice to know someone had paid attention to the phone call and remembered what a customer had been asking about. He helped me find it and also locate their Yeti cup displays. They were very helpful and had everything i was looking for.”

Very knowledgeable , extremely helpful and very personable. Bought a three point post hole digger. Heavy, needed a fork lift. This young guy made the whole procedure an enjoyable event.
