“Employees are always friendly sometimes will crack jokes in a good manner. If your a sour person tho that on you not them. They will always help you find what you need even if you have no idea what you are looking for not much else you can ask for they got it covered I have a membership there which makes things a bit cheaper which is highly worth it for sand paper and what not. I was looking for sand paper had no idea what size to get for my sander they took me over to the spot they had and helped me figure it out was quick and easy and no Hassle.”

“The associates at Ace hardware in Rome were wonderful in taking the time to collaborate and solve the problem of an extension cord for an electric start for an old snowblower. They were knowledgeable and worked hard to help me. They were able to provide a solution that was the least costly. Together with the checkout cashier who made sure to apply any rewards and coupons appropriate, my cost was almost half of what I would have paid at a big box store that ultimately would not have solved my problem.
