“Wednesday evening we had a drivability issue with my wife’s new Equinox. I contacted Bobby Gillespie Thursday morning and he immediately got the vehicle in for service. Within 15 minutes Chris had the problem diagnosed,a new part ordered and I was in a loaner car. I received a call today at noon that the part arrived and the car was repaired and ready for pickup.

“Big thank you to daggets garage for helping me with a flat on a back road. After calling AAA the first guy arrived in 10 min to make sure I was in a safe location and to see what was needed for a repair or tow. He called the tow driver and let him know what was needed and 10min later the tow truck showed up. The driver quickly did a repair plug to my tire and I was on my way. 30-40min total time. Awesome!! “I was referred to Dave by quite a few people when my low beam bulb fried the socket. Today I was back with what we thought was a failing wheel bearing. After driving and taking my wheel off, he saw that it was not my wheel bearing but the wheels. He was very transparent in everything that was done. “After nearly 59,000 miles it was time to have my front brakes replaced. Scheduled an appointment with Gillespie. Waited in their clean, comfortable, customer lounge while the work was done. New brakes were installed at the exact price quoted, and in less time than I expected. Friendly office staff applied my GM Credit Card points to the total, reducing my final cost. I've never had a visit to Gillespie Chevrolet that was anything less than great!”

“I called to get a tow because my car wouldn’t start. C&C came to my house within 15 minutes. My car a problem was fixed in a couple of hours. Fastest service I ever received from any other auto repair. The price was fair and reasonable. The father and son were so courteous and thoughtful. They even picked me up in my car to take me to the office to pay for the service. I was also informed that I would probably need a front end alignment because the car veered to the right. I will definitely get that done there soon. I was able to use my car the same day and not miss work or need to ask for rides. Thank you!?”
