“Service was friendly. They went above and beyond. I did not end up getting the work from them. I ended up just getting the diagnosis because I was already going to see my regular mechanic. I just needed to know what part I needed so my regular mechanic could get a heads up. They did my inspection. They were very friendly and they even asked what my mechanic was going to charge me. It ended up being quite a bit less but I'm very loyal to my mechanic. I would be happy to see this mechanic if mine closed or I could not get through in time and I will recommend them.”

“First I its a rare occasion that I leave a review, but this place is phenomenal!! I have super big expensive "49 inch iron Super Swamper tires that I was having a horrible time trying to get the bead to seat . I couldn't find anywhere that could do big tires like these in the area.... finally I found one place......... well, they were only able to get one installed on my brand new wheel. The place ended up bending my wheel badly and burning a big spot on the side wall of my $1000 each tire!! These wheels were special wheels also and sent to Georgia to have 2 wheels welded together to widen them from 14" wide to 18"...... needless to say..... not cheap!! I was extremely upset and was driving down the road and I saw Parameter in Geneva New York and decided for the hell of it to see if they could try. As soon as I walked in the lady I spoke with was extremely personable. I told her the story of what happened and she was not only extremely nice, she was incredibly knowledgeable. She brought one of the workers out to talk to me. Another super smart really personable nice guy. So I ended up dropping the tires and wheels off and "Christian", the guy I spoke with before called me when they were done. They didn't take long at all. Not only that, they even loaded them in my truck for me. I really wanted to Thank all of you at this place! This was a big deal for me and you guys really went over the top. One of these days when the truck is completed I will bring it in still to show everyone.”

“I can only say that I am from Florida and I wish the Ford Service department here were half as good. My son is going to college in New York we gave him our older Ford Fusion to use while he's up there. Before we left after seeing him at Thanksgiving we had some issues with the airbag warnings and needed to have a few other things done. The service was amazing and they even drove the car back to his college about 1.5 hours round trip. I don't know what people could possibly complain about their serviceDepartment. Extremely professional courteous and communicative.”

Any issues that came up (we had some missing documentation needed to set up the lease) Jeff found a way to make it work for us and still get the information the DMV needed. Cliff and Sue were also super nice and friendly! I called a few weeks ago asking about their Trailblazers and Cliff still remembered who I was. We got really lucky that a Trailblazer was even available - most are spoken for before they even hit the lot with this car microchip shortage.
