“Innovative is great! My car was hit when I wasn't in it and scratched/dented the whole right side. I don't know how insurance works lucky to never have to deal with this before but Junior and Bud made it effortless. They drove me to pick up my rental initially and when i picked up my repaired car i left the rental their and they handled it. Once i gave them a claim number they handled all insurance stuff which was a relief. A super nice added bonus was they returned my car back to me detailed inside and out! Very nice added touch. Tremendous customer service all the way around. Highly recommended.”

“what a great experience i had today. A friend of mine told me about this place. I had to boost my car early this morning. I went directly to Advance. I was immediately greeted by John. I explained to John that i purchased my battery from Advance from a different location but my 3 yr warranty had expired 1 month ago. John took it into consideration and said that he will honor the warranty. He said he was going to install the new battery first, then check to see if it was the alternator. Battery was installed and alternator was ok. I couldn't thank John enough for his professionalism, courtesy and honesty. I wish that we had more people like John in this world today. Definitely returning and recommending this store to my friends.”
“A mechanic shop tried to charge me $1000 to do a brake job. Did it myself. Broke a brake line that the shop wanted $75 for. Came here, showed them the brake line, and got a correct length replacement for $3.69. Cheap good quality parts. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They will get my repeat business.”
