Lowe’s for all of your home improvement needs. Stop by the local Rosedale, NY Lowe’s to pick up gardening supplies, check out new appliances and paint colors or try out new patio furniture. The store offers a good selection of items for building and home projects, making it a convenient choice for local shoppers. The spacious layout allows for easy movement with large carts, and there are numerous cash registers, mostly self-checkouts operated by employees. Parking is generally easy to find, and the store's location next to other shops provides additional shopping options nearby. However, some challenges have been noted. The store sometimes lacks basic items like roof flashing, which can be frustrating especially when not pre-ordered. Accessibility for disabled customers could be improved, as some chairs are broken, making it difficult for those using walkers to shop comfortably. Customer experiences vary; one shopper received excellent assistance from a knowledgeable employee who helped pick out flooring and arranged delivery, leaving a very positive impression. On the other hand, bathroom maintenance has been inconsistent. The store allows well-behaved leashed dogs, adding to the convenience for pet owners. Overall, Lowe’s provides a range of products and helpful staff, but some issues with stock and accessibility still exist.
Still not the best place to get service for things in the store but the online order and pick was quick and easy. I only give 4 stars to leave room for improvements to the customer service.
