“Rain dew is a great local store that remind you of the old-time Woolworths. They seem to have a little bit of everything you can get candy, hardware, yarn, toys.. they have it all. “I went in on Thursday 9/11/25 . would like to thank the young gentleman that helped me remake an A/C hose for my 1984 318 i BMW . I have to apologize. I asked him his name at least 3 times . Can’t remember his name . He professionally and courteously helped me rebuild a 40 yr old plus a/c hose . The challenge wasn’t the rebuild . The challenge was your staff member trying to decipher my lack of knowledge. He spent an inordinate amount of time with me to figure out what I needed and manufactured a custom hose for my 1984 318i BMW . Great job ! Great professional courteous service. Also , they made it for me while I waited !!”
“Great old school hardware store with knowledgeable and helpful employees. Been going there for years.Went there today, in the snow storm, to see if they had a pull string starter for my snowblower. After standing around there for about 15 minutes and wondering what's taking so long, the lady comes out with the part fixed! I couldn't believe it. I was expecting to buy the part, install it and fix it myself. All we had to do was go back home and screw it on and Bam it worked. You don't get that kind of service in the big box stores. And they really do have anything you'll ever need there.”
“This store is an amazing local hardwar store with lots of cool houseware and decorations for holidays. Not to mention the staff is wonderful and helpful. When I first moved to my apartment nearby, one of the associates offered to carry a bench I bought for my balcony for me to my new apartment. I would honestly go there more often, if only they were open on Sundays! See, Sunday is my only free day during the week, where I don't have work and less likely to have other stuff going on. It would really help both me and our community if they were open on Sundays as well.”

“Went in to get to get a toilet but hubby hadn't used is card for over a year so it was expired. Self check out only but Susan was so helpful she walked us through step-by-step through the sign in online process. She was very patient for my hubby had a older model phone. I have an iPhone 13. Should have done it with my iPhone to start with. Lol. Karla was also near by but Even though she was making sure and helping other customers with try check out she also was very pleasant. Will def go back again and again and again. Customer service was an A+.”

“Finally a person who tells you what you need to know. I had been looking everywhere for a 4 ft LED that is shatter resistant and compatible with my ballast. This is the first person who told me there are plastic sleeves that can go over the bulb to prevent shattering. Wish someone had told me this sooner!”
