“Listen. If you are looking for anything to do with stucco this is the place. I wanted to update the outside of my house with stucco but I am only a carpenter. I had no previous experience with stucco and after going to at least 3 supply places across Nassau and Queens I found this place. The owner is as good of a person and he is a business owner. All I did. Was ask a couple of questions to Gio, as to how to go about installing it, and what I got was a tutorial given to me by a professional which gave me information that money couldn’t buy. He never made me feel like a customer. More like a friend. And it’s not just him. Natalia and Danny are exceptional as well. But I was fortunate enough to be assisted by Donald yesterday when I was ordering my Andersen glass window panel. He helped me by calling Andersen's customer service and ordering it for me. Thank goodness he was there because I would have given the Andersen's customer service rep the wrong door design and would have gotten the wrong window panel. Donald was not only patient with me but with the customer service rep when she wanted to make sure he knew what he was doing ... he did!”
