Milton gave very specific, detailed pieces of information, even after opening with the fact, they don't do the particular testing I was looking for. Speaking to Milton was more like talking to one of my academic research mentors. Extremely friendly and able to convey information clearly and thoroughly. It's clear why Diamond American Gold Buyers has a 5 star rating. Milton offered to do a different test for me that could accomplish the same thing in a different way, so I'll definitely see him for that.”
