They are pure craftspeople. They're honest and they stand by their stuff. I was once at a Zales with my wife for some cheap gift for a kid, and the lady behind the counter got a glimpse of my wife's engagement ring and was floored. She brought over all the other employees to take a look at it. (I told my wife NOT TO TAKE IT OFF). They were drooling.
