Im extremely frustrated and dissapointed with Arhaus. We purchased an entire bedroom set 9/2/23. We waited 2 months for delivery which i understand but once delivered there was a pretty noticeable defect in the fabric og my headboard and my 6 drawer dresser came cracked at the top plus the drawers were damaged so we had to send it back. To add insult to injury, i am now put back in line to receive the dresser late January 2024!!! Wow... you would think that considering the price tag the quality control would be better because the damage was not during delivery, it should have never left the factory in that condition. I am also in disbelief that Arhaus doesn't keep some backup stock for issues such as these. Why do i need to be put back in line to receive a dresser that i purchased 9/2/23 and only get it almost 6 months later. That's completely unacceptable. To add insult to injury i called the Short Hills store and someone there said they would find a way to help me perhaps by sending me a temporary dresser so my clothe isn't all over the place for months. Its been almost 2 weeks and no call back or resolution from anyone. Honesty i've purchased furniture from many places in the past and this has been by far the worst experience from a "luxury" brand. Get it together Arhaus!!!

Would not recommend. Customer service is horrible. Placed an order and was told both items were arriving together. Only one came. Store has no explanation and barely answers the phone. It is nearly impossible to get a call back. Please order online instead and avoid this location at all costs. We will never shop here again.

Horrible customer service. Called today at 2;00pm to try to speak to someone to get a swatch sample, no success. Operator rudest person, hanging up the phone on me and then not picking up my calls. Gave up after 45 minutes.If something as simple as ordering a swatch doesn't work, can't imagine what the rest of the process will be like.

Horrible customer service. We purchased a whole dining room set but 6 chairs were never delivered. Called the delivery company who have an itemized list of items received and delivered and they never got the chairs yet our order was marked “complete”. Was told to speak to the store manager who never responds despite calling and emailing multiple times. Unfortunate since we loved the items we got so far.

Bought a $16k sectional and the thing looks terrible after 3 months. Cushions sagging and upholstered sections have ripples in them. Concierge service is a joke. Been trying for 2 months to get this fixed or refunded and they stonewall and don't return calls. Manhasset store manager is a ghost. DONT BUY HERE.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the level of customer service I experienced recently. I bought a couch and I've requested a left side day bed but it came as a right side. I've contacted Maria, my sales lady and she said she would call me back but never did. I continued to call the Arhaus (located in Manhasset) but Maria is dodging my calls. My husband and I, separately have left messages for her, she never called either one of us back. It is one thing to try to help fix this problem but can't, it is another to just completely be rude and ignore your customers after you've already made a sale. After they take your money, they will never talk to you again.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. Poor customer service. You buy your furniture and it either comes wrong, has missing pieces, and their 3rd party company makes you wait forever for your delivery. I had all three happen to me. I ordered furniture and there were missing pieces, color was different and it took over a month to deliver. Very poor customer service. UNPROFESSIONAL. Im never stepping foot there again nor buying furniture from them.

A few months ago I had an employee run to lock to the door once she saw us park our car and walk toward the store. I guess they never realized that their closing times weren't updated on google? No worries I updated it for you.

Beware!!Purchased Coburn sectional / not cheap.When I asked about fabric care. I was told scotchguard would be a good idea.This is an "S" rated fabric. No scotchguard No water. anything that touches it stains it.Salesperson lied to me! Sofa is barely used and looks old.

I deeply regret having to express my dissatisfaction with Arhaus, but I feel compelled to share my profoundly unsatisfactory experience. It is important to clarify that the credit card I received was not issued by Arhaus, but rather by a different bank altogether.What truly disappointed me was the lack of proper follow-up from Arhaus in addressing this matter. Both my friend and I experienced an abrupt and substantial increase in interest rates, directly resulting from their mishandling of the situation. Despite our collective efforts to resolve the issue, Arhaus refused to rectify it, even after I made a full payment. To my surprise, after paying my account in full, they claimed I was a day late in sending the payment and charged me the full amount of interest.This entire experience has left me profoundly dissatisfied with Arhaus and has cast a negative light on their credit card practices. In order to raise awareness about the shortcomings I encountered, I intend to share my unfortunate experience on social media. Moreover, I want to make it abundantly clear that I will no longer consider making any future purchases from their company.I sincerely hope that Arhaus takes the necessary steps to address these issues and improve their credit card services, ensuring a more satisfactory experience for their customers.Please note that this review is solely based on my personal experience, and others may have had different interactions with Arhaus.

The in store and their “concierge” service is poorly managed and wildly unprofessional. Not only were we sold a couch under false pretenses. We discussed with the sales representative we wanted a two-piece sectional and thought one side would be 131” when they really only have a 87” option.We received an incomplete couch (see attachment) and we can’t figure out how a sales rep would sell something like this- knowing our goal wasn’t even possible.We are told our options to fix their mistake are to give them more money or lose 50%+ of the money we’ve already given them.The sales representative/department won’t put you in touch with an actual manager. Their “concierge” department consistently request that you speak to a store manager.

We are in love with our new outdoor space. We couldn't be happier!!. The delivery team was excellent. The store manager Karen was extremally helpful during this process. Our sales associates/designers Vee and Ellen were a dream team. They designed a beautiful oasis for us to enjoy this summer. On day of delivery, Vee came to our home and managed the placement of all our furniture. I highly recommend this store for it's beautiful furniture and professional service team.

Absolute nightmare with customer service at this store. You can send numerous emails and nobody will respond unless you call at least 5x. We at one point had someone hang up on us. It has been an awful experience which is so sad as the table we bought there is beautiful and this ruins my entire experience with the company.
