I was a little intimidated at first because they seem to cater towards high end and exotic vehicles with what I saw was a Ferrari in the lot. Speaking with Fation, owner he reassured me that every client is important and after a 1.5 weeks, I got my vehicle repaired and looked great. “Kevin recently detailed my C8 Z06 with CQuartz Finest Reserve and not only was the work outstanding and diligent; but he took the extra time to explain the full process and provided me an entire document to care for the car going forward.
He also took extra time to install side radiator covers that I had ordered separately, and did not charge me for the time it took him to flawlessly put them on.
Kevin spent a lot of time communicating with me for weeks leading up to the appointment to discuss pricing, and options relative to my budget to make sure I was well informed on all of the products he uses.

“First Class Collision went above and beyond to save my planned departure date for my vacation. I had two seized bolts on my Ineos Grenadier roof rack. Within a couple of hours they had removed the broken bolts, saved the treaded bracket, painted the scratches I had made during my attempted removal and provided me with new hardware so I could remount the rack. We are on our way without a delay. Amazing customer service! Please help support a great family owned business!”

“Always depends on your credit, if you have poor credit you pay high. Carvana approved me with lower payments for a similar car. Overall good customer service but nothing special they don't get you 84 months on payments selection is limited. Instagram promos are just promos to get you in the door. Respect the hustle but if you get a quote at another dealership you'd probably get the same or higher quote here. Getting a car loan is easy if you breath and got a job you can get one it's all credit driven bad credit you pay high good credit you can pay low but always good to shop around. I will say customer service is elite though. That's why I give them a 5 star rating”

“I just went to Merlo's Auto Detailing this morning. I came in because another car dinged my door and some paint transferred from the other car over to mine. I didn't realize I was supposed to schedule an appointment. Despite not having an appointment, I was taken care of and the paint was removed quickly. Not only was the job 100% perfect, but also the service to take me in as a walk in (which he didn't have to) was amazing. I will definitely get my car detailed here in the future. Of course, I will schedule an appointment in advance next time! Thank you!”
“Even though I was well back from the car in front of me when a 52,000 pound truck hits you in the rear I was pushed into the car in front of me. When a 52,000 pound truck slammed into the back of my Honda Accord I did not realize the extent of the damages. But I did know where I was going to bring my car for repairs. Cannon Collision and Joe L. in Hicksville did a fabulous job making my car drivable and like new. The important thing to know is that Joe knows how to work with the insurance company who only wants to (insurance adjuster) minimize their losses.
Like for instance you should want the colors on your repair to match. The colors on my repair were perfect.

Luis, if I'm spelling his name right, was very helpful and walked me through the process of what needed to be done to fix up the scratch on my rear passenger side. Granted it was a small scratch, but, to give you a sense of the paint job they did, if the car wasn't mine, I wouldn't be able to tell you there was a scratch in the first place afterwards. The paint job was fully realized, and they even washed the car and wiped down the interior. It looked BRAND BRAND new. Highly recommend these guys if you have need of some work done on your car.”
