“Thank you Rallye Acura for the most wonderful and easy process ever to buy a car. After shopping a few days for a car for my daughter we ended up coming here to look at a vehicle. I did a lot of leg work prior and new exactly what I wanted and called about the out the door price before coming in. While the other dealers also said that the price I see is in fact the out the door price , Rallye Acura actually stuck by it. We had the pleasure of working with Thomas . He didn't try to bamboozle me with any hidden fees or unneeded upgrades. He was engaging and very helpful and didn't play any games with us. We really appreciated the honesty and being upfront. I probably spent a total of 30 minutes in all at a desk doing paperwork. I will always recommend Rallye as the best dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle. After only a fee hours I was given a call and told that the issue was resolved and the sensors were functioning perfectly now. Additionally I had asked for an oil change and I was told it was all taken care of. North Bay not only kept me informed but made the experience a good one. Thanks to everyone in the service department.”
