“John was great to deal with as are all of the employees we interacted with at Flower Hill Auto Body. The work they did was excellent; our car looks good as new. They were very professional and communicative, and between them and the insurance company the whole process was seamless. They were polite, informative, and professional and I would absolutely go to Flower Hill Auto Body again in the future if I find myself in need of a body shop again.”

“Neil is a consummate professional. My dealer found a steering issue on a routine inspection and additionally recommend brake pad replacement, i called Roslyn car care for a 2nd opinion. Over the phone Neil was able to quote me for about half the price of the dealer. When i brought my car in, Neil and the team determined the brakes were fine and didn’t even need repair. They replaced the steering equipment in 1 day and even beat the price they quoted on the phone. Weeks later i needed an oil change on a time crunch and they were able to accommodate me the same day and have my car ready in a few hours. Great to have an honest and fair priced mechanic in the neighborhood! Thanks Neil”
