“Took my kid for a blood test here and FYI: they have the vein finder! Kid did not need it though as the phlebotomist was AMAZING. I would recommend a stronger parent to go with the kid though because you have to put the child on your lap while the phlebotomist does her thing. She was a magician, and service was quick since I had made the appointment online, which I highly recommend.”
“The ladies at the Brooklyn location are very nice, but I'm still waiting for my PCR test results more than 44 hours ago! They said within 24 to 36 hours, now going on 45 hours and counting...horrible. Also the "Support" email address doesn't work, it bounced back as "Spam" twice. I went to the Church Avenue location today 9/4/23, and the young lady was very helpful, she gave me my test results printed on the spot and sent them to my email so I could send to my boss, what a relief! If she wasn't there I don't know what I would've done!”

“I have been a patient for sometime now and am really happy with them. Firstly, Dr Sebeen is the best PCP anyone can have. She is so so caring and so patient with everything. She is so knowledgeable about everything. My MIL had a condition for a very long time that her previous pcp could never figure out. Dr Sebeen figured it out so quickly and treated it. We are so thankful for her. She is very kind and you can tell she loves her job. Secondly, Her staff is also very amazing and they are always ready to help with everything. They are very kind and helpful. They always speak with a smiling face. Also, I am so happy that they also offer medspa treatments and i have been getting a few things done and i am so so so happy with the results. I would recommend them for all the services they offer.”

“I cannot fully describe what a positive experience I had at Northwell Health Imaging at the Center for Advanced Medicine but I am certainly going to give it my best shot just like they did for me. From the reception area, to the people who lead you into the area where you need to change for your procedure, to the nurses, to the treatment area, everyone was friendly and more importantly highly competent. This is unfortunately not how it is in most other places but it should be, especially when it comes to healthcare. I was there for a cat scan of my lungs as my doctor wanted to eliminate a blood clot as a possible cause of my symptoms. I confess I was very anxious which made the fact that I felt I was in very good hands throughout the process incredibly important to me. The fact that this was taking place during a heatwave in NYC made it all the tougher. I spent time before arriving trying not to be nervous about the contrast that they would have to administer to me for the test. The nurse who did my IV for the contrast was especially nice and excellent at her job. I wish I knew her name so I could include it here but alas I have forgotten it. What I did not forget is her pleasant demeanor helped me remain calm even as she had to struggle around the scar tissue in my veins. It ain't easy to like someone who has to give you two IV's but the problem was not her skill but my veins. I am well aware of my problem. The technicians in the cat scan area were equally good, and I was so impressed with how smoothy everything went. I was in and out with everything I described above in an hour. Bravo Northwell Health Imaging at the Center for Advanced Medicine. You are a striking example of how and what healthcare should be everywhere.”

My son is only one and had never gotten blood taken before they made it so easy. They both were so sweet and caring with my son. I had an out-of-state of state provider write me a script (without a clearly written name), and they were able to figure out the correct information so I could get my lab work done that day. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and their kindness did not go unnoticed. Also, Mita is a phenomenal phlebotomist- minimal pain. “Overall I've never had issues with this location. Most times I've gone I'm in and out within 15 minutes. The wait time really depends on the timing. A few times I've gone the wait can be longer if they have a lot of people needing to get blood drawn. The staff I've interacted with were all very nice. I'm glad they had updated to the new suite a few years ago since the waiting room is now a waiting room. If it does get crowded they suggest leaving your phone number on the sign in sheet and they will call when they are ready for you.”

“Update: I only visit Louis!!! extremely experienced, and seamless process every time. His personality makes it more of a relaxing experience. I've always dreaded getting blood drawn, but the phlebotomists at Quest Diagnostics made the process surprisingly painless. The facility has undergone a fantastic transformation since my last visit, and the online appointment process was quick and easy.
I want to give a special shoutout to the two African-American male phlebotomists, especially Jerome (I think he’s the initial employee that serviced me in April 2022). Their expertise and gentle touch have made a significant difference in my experience. I've even saved this location as my go-to for future blood tests.
Despite some negative reviews, I highly recommend this lab for its professionalism, cleanliness, and friendly staff.”

9/6/2024 came in today with a 10 am appointment Jessica was my phlebotomist and I could not have been any happier. From her checking my scripts from two different providers to the literally painless blood draw. She was so super friendly and made what usually is a painfully long process fast and easy!! Great job!! Hope she gets the recognition She deserves for it. That office is so busy and people just assume everyone one of those phlebotomist are secretaries / receptionist.
Check was easy( I did have an appointment time). Was taken in before my time slot. Phlebotomist Cynthia was very nice and efficient. No complaints. I’m and out timely.”

“I just had blood drawn today and have had blood drawn at this location several times.
What happened today needs to be acknowledged.
The earliest appointment I could book online was 10:45am on Wednesday 6/4. Yesterday (Tuesday) I called my doctors office to have them send the script to LabCorp.
I made coffee and before I started drinking it I remembered the blood test so I called LabCorp @7:30am to confirm that they'd received my script. Nadege said that she would check and she returned my call within 5 minutes. She encouraged me to come in early if I was able to do so. I didn't want to wake my girlfriend and with my car in the shop, I walked to LabCorp (~1 mile) and arrived at 7:57.
Nadege told me that I was already checked-in and directed me to room #3. A minute later, Jenny came in to draw my blood. Just as the needle entered my arm my girlfriend called and said that she'd pick me up. Jenny and I chuckled at her timing and how helpful she is and I was home by 8:15.
I wrote this much because Nadege and Jenny deserve to be complimented. Pleasant, efficient, courteous and professional, from my initial call to back home with my blood drawn in only 45 minutes, and my coffee was still warm. It seemed that everything that they did made my experience better.
I have never experienced anything but professionalism and courtesy at this LabCorp but today was special. Thanks Nadege for your suggesting that I come in early, it's made a difference in my day. I'm taking my girlfriend to breakfast because I don't need to continue fasting.

“I wish there were more that one check-in machine. It takes a few minutes to check in, and some people take even longer to figure it out. Plus, you have to find the email with the QR code and get out your insurance card and ID.
I don't get how I got there 10 minutes early for my online appointment, but people who came after me got called first.
Erika was awesome and super professional. I didn't even feel the needle!”
