staff does a great job in a tough situation, optimum isn't the best bargain, but they do offer a quality product.

I am a T-Mobile customer, I moved 2 lines to Optimum. Whatever I was promised was not delivered, lots of promises, offers, incentives that never happened.Service is not as great.We were travelling abroad and was a nightmare.I am considering moving back to T-Mobile
