“We had an incredible experience working with Todd Barrie and team, and highly recommend them!! I had tears watching family members dance that I had never seen dance like that. Todd and MC Kevin were so attentive to every detail from start to finish, while calming all of our wedding nerves. The dance floor was alive the entire evening thanks to MC Kevin and all the musicians, who did an incredible job reading the room, and getting everyone dancing and cheering. Thank you Todd Barrie and Team for the most unforgettable wedding!!”

“I am writing this review because it's important to let our neighbors know how hard our local workers are and the most important the owners of these local stores, my 7/11 in Roslyn is very clean and respectful throughout, every one there are hard workers and very respectful! they also have a woman there which she has been there for many years , I especially like her professionalism and the way she can take control especially when there's only one register going, and there's a line! she handles it all, i hoping her supervisors and owner see this in her and pays her extra for her work ethic! she deserves it and so does the other Workers also! It's a very busy store and your workers is the reason why it's busy!!!”

“Bought a couple of Air conditioners online for my parents with a 'pick up in store' option. Got a few confirmation emails, but didn't have some specific 'bar code' required to pick up. However, Soraya, the manager in charge sought to find a solution. I don't want to use Amazon, would rather use local. I love getting great service like this. Please visit this PC RIchard & Son. Say hello to Soraya, she was superb. Thank you Soraya.”

“Buying appliances can be overwhelming, but Luis at P.C. Richard & Son made the entire experience simple and enjoyable. I went in looking for a washer and dryer and ended up purchasing a gas range as well because I felt confident in the recommendations he gave me. What impressed me most was that Luis wasn’t just trying to make a sale—he took the time to understand what I needed, explained the features of each appliance, and helped me compare different options so I could make the right decision for my home. His product knowledge and professionalism were outstanding. He also explained the protection plan in a way that actually made sense. I never realized how valuable it could be until he broke down everything it covers and how it can protect such a major investment. Knowing I have that extra peace of mind made me feel even better about my purchase. To top it all off, Luis surprised us by including a headrest for my mother, which was such a thoughtful gesture and showed how much he genuinely cares about his customers. Great prices can get people through the door, but it’s employees like Luis who earn loyal customers. If you’re shopping at P.C. Richard & Son, ask for Luis—you’ll get honest advice, exceptional service, and someone who truly wants you to leave happy with your purchase.”

“After being told by another Verizon store that something I wanted to do regarding purchasing a phone could not be done, I happened into Chris’ store, and not only did he show me how it could be done. He also made it happen while at the same time reviewing my subscriptions and saving me money which caused my new phone and program to cost less than the one I was getting rid of. Excellent job.”

“Both my husband & myself came to East Islip store. Joseph walked through all of our options & it was a very pleasant experience. He delivered on all that he said in a timely way. Very pleased. ? Update: It is now 3 years later and we are purchasing new devices with Joe again and the service was still exceptional. Joseph gave us all our options and did not push and that is what we love the most about him. We purchased 2 new phones and an iPad from him and he made sure to spend the time with us to see we were signed back in to all our accounts. Joseph is a tremendous asset to Verizon. We were very great full for his time he spent with us.”

“We had an amazing experience with Appliance World, and I specifically want to recognize Frank for his outstanding customer service. We purchased our full kitchen appliance package from him during our renovation a few years ago, and the experience was excellent from the start — he was knowledgeable, patient, and really helped us choose the best products for our needs rather than just trying to make a sale. What really sets Appliance World apart is the service after the purchase. Recently, I had an issue with my Thermador dishwasher racks, even though the unit was out of warranty. I reached out to Frank, and he went above and beyond to help. That level of follow-through is something you simply don’t get at big-box stores. At many larger retailers, you’re often left to figure things out yourself, but at Appliance World you get real expertise, honest guidance, and someone who stands behind what they sell long after installation day. I originally assumed prices at a store like this would be higher, but they were actually the same as — and sometimes even better than all the other appliance stores. If you’re buying appliances and want knowledgeable advice and true customer service, I highly recommend Appliance World. We will absolutely continue to purchase from them in the future and am actually currently in the process of getting a dryer through them.”
