“I am writing this review because it's important to let our neighbors know how hard our local workers are and the most important the owners of these local stores, my 7/11 in Roslyn is very clean and respectful throughout, every one there are hard workers and very respectful! they also have a woman there which she has been there for many years , I especially like her professionalism and the way she can take control especially when there's only one register going, and there's a line! she handles it all, i hoping her supervisors and owner see this in her and pays her extra for her work ethic! she deserves it and so does the other Workers also! It's a very busy store and your workers is the reason why it's busy!!!”

“Product came in great shape, the only problem I have which isn’t necessarily the store’s fault is that, the delivery guys are just so rude. I can’t speak for all of them but there are two white men, one young one and the other a bald man, who gave my wife and daughter a disrespectful tone. They don’t know much about setting up TV’s and since it was a 64 inch, they needed some help. When asked of them to help, they said they’d “do it” if we paid them more. That’s completely unacceptable behavior. It would’ve been far more professional to refuse politely and say that they couldn’t or didn’t have time.”

He also made it happen while at the same time reviewing my subscriptions and saving me money which caused my new phone and program to cost less than the one I was getting rid of. Excellent job.”

We were very great full for his time he spent with us.”

We purchased our full kitchen appliance package from him during our renovation a few years ago, and the experience was excellent from the start — he was knowledgeable, patient, and really helped us choose the best products for our needs rather than just trying to make a sale.
What really sets Appliance World apart is the service after the purchase. Recently, I had an issue with my Thermador dishwasher racks, even though the unit was out of warranty. I reached out to Frank, and he went above and beyond to help. That level of follow-through is something you simply don’t get at big-box stores.
