He was courteous, friendly, and made the exchange feel like I was working with a friend, not that I was just another person in line. Most other UPS stores made me feel like I was on an assembly line. Wait in line, do my business, leave. But Daniel went above and beyond to make the experience personal. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. The location also was a one stop shop with multiple services, like passports, mailboxes, etc, not just shipping. I definitely will use this location again, especially if I get to work with him, and I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone who wants excellent personal service.”

“Ok…so I live literally a 5 min walk to the Long Beach UPS….BUT that being said, I have NEVER been in Long Beach without them trying to scam me into buying a box for a delivery that does not need a box! The staff at Long Beach is very nice but they say the owner is the one who tries to scam people!
