“I would absolutely recommend Brocks Consulting & Real Estate Services Corp. I found her through a listing I saw on ‘hot pads dot com’ on Sunday, May 1, 2022. On Monday, May 2, I received a text and business card photo in follow up to my email inquiry about the listing. I was first struck by the fact that she was a reverend, Rev. Shirley Brockman; and then I got emotional when I read her business motto, “Sheltering Those in Transition.” I felt there was nobody in more transition than me needing a new place while awaiting a closing date on my mom’s house before having to pay $350 per day after five days past closing. The stress was beginning to wear on my health. But God… He blessed me with a holy hookup with this connection.So after she refreshed my memory of the listing (I had recently reached out to several on multiple sites), we scheduled to view the property on Tuesday, May 3, at 12:30 pm. Rev. Shirley then sent me an email with all the necessary requirements and documents that needed to be submitted by 10 am Tuesday, and I was up to the wee hours printing, signing, scanning, and preparing everything I needed to accommodate her request.By 4:58 am on Tuesday, I had received a text saying I had submitted all the necessary documents and if I liked the apartment, I could secure it with the security deposit and broker’s fee, and she would not show it on Wednesday as previously scheduled. On Friday, May 6, I went back to see the apartment, paid the 3-way costs, and received my key ?. I am relieved and grateful to God and Rev. Shirley for her assistance in obtaining my new residence. She even negotiated for me $50 off the monthly rent and a new fridge. ???”

Todd was far and away the best realtor I have come across.We called Todd on a Sunday after seeing a home we really liked, but ours was not on the market yet. He met with us within 2 hours of our call and had our house listed immediately. Todd came up with comps and what I thought to be a high asking price for our home, but thankfully we trusted him-Within days, he had multiple offers above ask.Todd is also extremely prompt, answering calls/texts immediately, and showing up early for showings.Besides all of the above, Todd also goes to bat for you.
