BJ's Wholesale Club offers good prices on certain bulk items, with coupons and specials. However, low stock can make it hard to find previous purchases. The staff, especially the greeting and receipt-checking crew, is noted as exceptionally kind and welcoming. Some customers report challenges with low staffing, leading to long lines and difficulty finding help. There have also been issues with online purchases being canceled after being sold out. Overall, it is a good store most of the time for bulk shopping.
New store opening should be September 19. Roderdam store closing September 18.

I love going to my local BJ's because it's so close to me. It's such a convenience I usually will shop there for most of my groceries.

I purchased a full mattress for a friend, who recently lost everything in a fire. BJ's had what I needed, Staff was amazing. I picked mattress a couple days after purchase, Farhan (a/k/a Matt), was so helpful and courteous. Thank you for making this process so easy!!!
