Saturday afternoon went to the deli. Waited 20 mins in line. My husband and I go every weekend. The women says next in line. That was us. We were also waiting for our cheese. Had no problem with receiving the American cheese. Ordered boiled ham. The woman stated where’s your number. I said oh your 11 off if your calling numbers. Mind you nobody had a number. I said oh we are next in line. She said no number!!!!! Go to the back of the line. I seriously thought she was kidding with us. This woman talks way too much. And her last conversation with the person in front of us was not appropriate. She is an older woman. Short hair. She starts yelling at my husband. I ran got the store mgr named Nick. I explained to him what happened. The person behind us left. He said this deli is really lacking consistency and professionalism.Nick the store mgr was not happy about this. He personally went to the deli and my husband got the order. So this is how we were treated: This is not ok. The deli really needs to retrain staff . We will not be going back to this location!!!!!!!!!!!!

Disappointing lately - getting to be a problem shopping at BJs and not finding many regular items, especially Coca Cola 12oz cans - not a single case in the place (and no 12oz glass bottles either - just the mixed cases???) This — is very problematic, and concerning - shopping at BJs and finding NONE especially around the holidays is unacceptable and evidence of poor management unfortunately - I’m embarrassed to be a member —and the next time I see empty pallets will be my last trip to BJs

OK, so get this one. I ordered a 50" television from this Rotterdam store and it was to be delivered. It was delivered one day later than originally stated. That was fine. Within twenty minutes of delivery, we opened the Sharp box. To our surprise, it was not a SHARP 50" TELEVISION. It was some old, used, scratched up Insignia television. WHAT? So we called the store to let them know we would be coming down to return it. Well, that's when I was told that I can't return it. They have to do some sort of investigation or contact higher up managers? This was absurd. I purchased a television, got ripped off and somehow this is my problem? I contacted the CORPORATE OFFICE and they wanted photos, so we sent them. Which was also ridiculous. So I spend $299 on a TV at BJ's and they're treating me like a criminal? Corporate finally sent a return UPS pick up and now I have to wait home all day for UPS. What an incredibly horrible store and management. Do not shop here for electronics. I don't know what sort of scam their running. Stay away!

On 8/2/23 I went to Schdy NY BJ's for deli meat. There were only two customers ahead of me with very small orders. I waited in line for 35 minutes. I nicely asked the deli person to call for back up and she refused. She talks to the customers too much, asks overly personal questions and is super slow. She was not happy I asked her to get back up. When it came to my turn she started slicing the deli meat and COUGHED on the scale and the meat she was slicing! I got upset and asked for the other deli employee to slice the meat. Before she stepped in to complete the job the deli worked COUGHED on the scale again! I confronted her about what she did and she said she didnt cough on the scale while laughing at me! I am convinced she coughed on the scale on purpose!! I reported her to the night manager on duty and I requested the store manager call me and it's been 8 days! No return call!!!! CUSTOMERS BEWARE as she is still working at the deli!!!

Multiple times I order through the app and the order is either someone else's order or my order is wrong. Employees say "are you sure this isn't your order?" Or "that's what was on the receipt" then I have to show them the receipt they brought out.

Deli department is the worst I've ever seen in my life. Every time you stand in line forever, and the one person behind the counter moves a slow as possible. No sense of urgency, even when there's 6-7 people in line. Not worth the wait

Low stock and impossible to find something you bought last time.I would return, though, just for the greeting crew. The lady who welcomed us and checked our receipt was exceptional!

This BJ store is good most of the time however when purchasing online for a swan camera system came back as sold out after purchase called the swan company after calling BJ's twice to finally get an email that they promised me the first time with information about my canceled purchase and the swan company said they're only making them with spotlights so they've lost my business. And I believe BJ's should do the same with swan company.

Good prices on certain things. Watch for coupons and specials. But you have to want bulk for this to make sense. Lately low staffing so hard to find help, long lines at deli, etc.

Purchased a gun safe which they will not help you load. I brought a couple of guys with me and we loaded it and took it home. After taking it out of the box the top right corner is dented and shipped, the bottom left corner is basically crushed and the door doesn't line up evenly. I went to the club to discuss my options before I loaded the safe back up. Basically the person that claimed to be a manager wasn't willing to do anything other than give me a refund. I called customer service and they assured me that they would have a resolution for me and that I would receive a call in 3-5 days. It is now day 8 and I called customer service back and got told that they had to get an approval from the department and that I would receive a call when a decision is made. This is extremely poor customer service at both the store and the customer service call center.
