“Went in today because my convertible top stopped working and wanted advice. Firestone told me to to disconnect and reconnect the battery, which did not work. But thanks to Matt And Jason we tracked it down to a relay. Had it in stock and it worked 👍 amazing customer service and people here.”

“The first issue last summer was non matching colored brake calipers, whatever, returned and sorted out. After that the final straw was the Rear complete struts for my 09 rx350. Installed making noises in the pistons day of. When winter time rolls around, the cheap rubber mounts make every loud squeaking rubber sound imaginable, changing tune the colder it gets. Beginning to understand never put aftermarkets parts these days on your pride and joy, ESPECIALLY SUSPENSION PARTS. And good mechanics will lie to your face when it’s convenient for them, (gas-lit into believing the new noises were not the new complete struts). My genuine advice to this stores manager would be to go through inventory and throw away everything that is certified junk, for the reputation of the store. I’m still in disbelief a year later a company (not oreilly) made these complete struts and thought they were acceptable for any vehicle. Clearly were not tested in cold climates nor bench tested. I’m not even angry at O’reilly’s, just the fact I wasted money, turned my car into a circus mobile in the rear and ruined business with an otherwise decent mechanic, who i think is on account at this store.”
“Rennie (The manager) was incredibly kind and helpful. He correctly diagnosed an issue with my battery for free (which another technician did not pick up and thought it was an alternator issue), and installed the battery for me right away on the spot. Kelly (I believe was her name) who was working inside the store was super friendly and kind as well and helped me identify a coupon I had to save money on my purchase which I otherwise wouldn’t have known about. I would highly recommend them to anyone.”
“I love O'Reilly's they're all so friendly when you walk in there and they know where everything is. I bought a couple parts and they turned out to be the wrong parts and they gave me my money back with no issues. So I go back to O'Reilly's because they're honest people and they know something doesn't fit or something doesn't work they're happy to take it back and give you your money back which is awesome.”

Latham told me because I didn’t have the receipt I have to go to the original store which I didn’t mind. As soon as I stepped in they were so nice and greeted me so warmly and didn’t have an issue looking up my reciept and found my transaction and had me out of there in minutes. Great customer service the both of them.”
