“I have brought my car to Lussier’s on several occasions- collision repairs, scheduled maintenance, and impromptu service issues. I have also received these services at various local dealerships. I can say wholeheartedly that Lussier’s far exceeds others’ level of customer service and quality of workmanship. They are incredibly thorough, attentive to detail, and genuinely want to help you/make you happy. I have been in a pinch with needing an oil change, headlight change, or inspection, and, despite them being busy and the short notice, they have been able to squeeze me in. Their quality of work with collision/paint repairs is also excellent- color matching was perfect and you can’t even tell there was work done! I cannot say enough about the confidence and trust I have with Lussier’s and their staff. “Brought to DiLorenzos after trying to take a newly purchased MGB up the road to a different shop who has classic cars out front. Come to find out that after a day of no work and berating because I had the parts they needed and even offered to let them charge me again for them because they never use parts brought in by the customer, they couldnt do a simple break bleed and switch replacement even though their mechanic swears he has restored hundreds of them. I dropped off with Charlie on a tuesday afternoon, and by wednesday the breaks were bled, reverse light switch was replaced (the part was correct btw) and car passed inspection. Not only that, but they took time to explain possible pitfalls that they have seen with the MGB in gereral and what to look out for. Provided me with a voucher for emergency tow service as a new customer, and some eye candy with the classics they were working on in the back. Thanks guys appreciate your time and your professionalism. Love a well run family business.”
