They help you with all the paperwork for the state and insurance carriers and they follow up to make sure that you are happy.”
“I recalled reading many reviews in NEXDOOR and Facebook about the great automotive work of Croteau and Sons Service Center experts in automotive repairs. They are located close to Luther Forest which is easily walkable to their service center. Well this past weekend I bought a pre-owned vehicule that I encountered frustrating issues with the battery and associate parts. I had the vehicule towed to Croteau where I first met the very friendly Beverly, the owner who immediately set me up to troubleshoot the battery issues and also other needs I required to insure the car would be property serviced. Beverly called me with the testing results which was far less severe ($$) than ot could have been. Beverly and her son were very gracious in explaining what the issues were. They also performed an oil change and scheduled an inspection later in the week, all on the busy Thanksgiving holiday week. Thus I had found a decent business in the neighborhood to have my car serviced. I recommend and thank Beverly and her sons for a job well done - you're the best!!”

“Took me too long to write a review.Honest, dependable, reliable great work. As others have said he will give you fair options for repairs. I Just had a hole in my subaru subframe and have a feeling he may have been able to offer me a different option however with an older car,. and nationwide part shortages i decided it was time to trade in for new. If you have an older car especially this is the mechanic for you , but even if you have newer he's worth a visit.best mechanic around.”

“Friendly,honest, thorough. Never anything hidden, they'll show you in detail what is needed, and show what may "go soon" but "will be ok for some time" without absolute immediate need. They will try to make sure they will charge you the least possible for the service they give; never pressing charges/Service work that is not needed (unlike some other "chain shops").I cannot recommend them enough.”
“My wife broke down 70 miles from home and H&K was recommended to me by my Subaru dealer so I called them. They showed up and its not unheard of for ppl waiting for a tow that never comes. What really made me review and so high was what they charged was more than fair and reasonable for the distance.
