They are extremely prompt with their replies to emails, telephone calls etc. I think that American Mail and Parcel goes above and beyond their job descriptions. I have both a business and personal account with them and wouldn't trade them for the world. In fact, if Shawn were to leave this company and start a new one I would go there!
