“I want to take a moment to share my experience with the amazing staff and management team at Delta Sonic in Penfield, NY.
On Monday, I accidentally lost my wallet at the store. I didn’t even realize it was missing until two days later.....by then, I was going crazy trying to figure out where I had last used it. Eventually, I remembered I had tipped the kind gentleman who cleaned the inside of my car, so I called Delta Sonic to check.To my relief, the management team told me they had found a wallet that matched my description. When I went in to see it, it turned out to be mine with nothing missing. In fact, there was even a bit more cash in it than I remembered having!
I can’t express how much this experience meant to me. I had been going through a tough time personally and had started to lose faith in humanity. But what the staff at Delta Sonic and that honest person did completely restored my faith. Their integrity, honesty, and genuine care really touched my heart.
A huge thank you to the entire Delta Sonic team and the good Samaritan who brought my wallet in. Your kindness made a lasting impact.... it’s something I’ll never forget.

“Usually when I come through the exit I check if there is anymore water left on my car, but I’d like to point out an employee that did an outstanding job drying my car. Eliezer was polite and fast when drying my car, I was quite surprised so thank you to that young man. Amazing experience.”
“I shop at this Walgreens location very frequently, especially for family photo orders and everyday purchases, and I consistently receive outstanding service. Three employees in particular, Brennan, Maritza, and Javy, truly go above and beyond every single time I come in.
They recognize me by name, greet me warmly, and are always willing to stop what they are doing to help me with my photo orders, questions, and purchases. They are patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. No matter how busy the store is, they make me feel like a valued customer and never rush me.
My photo orders are always handled with care and accuracy because of them. They take pride in their work, and it shows. Their professionalism, friendliness, and dedication are a big reason why I continue to choose this Walgreens over any other store.
Employees like Brennan, Maritza, and Javy are rare, and they represent the very best of what customer service should be. They absolutely deserve recognition for the exceptional work they do every day.”
“Had a gift card for KwikFill that I inherited and didn’t know whether it still had anything on it - I tried to use it inside for gas, but the card reader didn’t recognize it, so I assumed it was trash. The employee working inside actually called to check whether it still had anything on it—it did—and he was going to come outside to tell me and give it back to me before I left. Absolutely above and beyond customer service that was very much appreciated. Thank you to the person working here right now, I hope you get some recognition for this because you deserve it.”
“I would like to say I drove from Florida to pick up a friend in NY and I decided to go to Niagara Falls. It is 4:12 AM now. I am waiting for daylight to go to the falls. There are no gas stations here that allow people to use restrooms after 10 or 11 pm. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever been through. To get back to welcome centers takes approx. 1 hour and they want tolls. This is a complete joke. I have not lived in NY in decades but thus change is much for me to wrap my head around. What are you supposed to do drop your draws on the sidewalk, maybe wet your pants. How utterly disgusting of the regulators to allow such a thing.
Then after much looking on my phone, I found this brand new, wonderful place with the sweetest young lady working the counter, "Diamonique". She made a fresh pot of coffee for my passanger, who needed it badly. I am just delighted they are here. I would suggest all other places be boycotted until they can correct their locking of bathrooms.
In Florida if the business have issues with things being done in the bathrooms that should not be, they must get a key for entry and then return the key to the attendant.
This is sad NY regulators. Thank all the stars in the sky for. QUICKLEE'S!!!

“Very convenient location for me. Rx staff always friendly and helpful. I highly recommned the Rewards program, even if you are only an occational shopper. Biggest issue with the Avon NY location is the entrance; Turn in from Rte 5/20, you then need to immedately make a 90 degree turn - too sharp and you hit the curb that is hard to see, and too wide and you're at risk of crossing paths with cars comming out (partly becuse they don't go as far to thier right as they could.)”

Also the prices are so fair but he keeps asking for id but that isnt really a problem becuase people think im young ?

“The coffee tasted BURNT!! On a few occasions. But besides that it’s a great location. The coffee section is very clean. The food is fresh (as fresh as it can be)
Gas is a good price here too.
The employees here are always great, happy and polite. Take care of the employees, they keep it clean!”

“I’ve been going to this place consistently once a week or every 2 weeks ever since I moved to my current house. It is so reliable to go to; I get some bread and milk whenever I need it and I can always get wraps, lighters, alcohol, snacks and ice cream there. Whenever I don’t go there in a week, the employees ask me where I’ve been and it truly makes me feel valued :) The other day I went there with a friend to get ice cream I got an extra ice cream cone for free <3 It’s one of the best parts about living here.”

“In the cold weather, be aware that your yellow tire pressure indicator light may turn on! You can use the tire pressure pump at Quicklees to set the tire pressure to the front tire number usually 32 psi & your back tires might be set at 30 psi. You need your credit card to use this tire pressure automatic pump. I asked one of Quicklees staff to pump the air into my tires for me. I highly recommend this equipment which will reset your tire pressure of all 4 tires. The indicator light will turn off as the computer recognizes your tires are properly inflated. This Brighton Quicklees came to my rescue!! They have a huge selection of drinks and snacks, plus hot dogs & pizza inside this modern state-of-the-art gas station. You can earn points by signing up online for discounts.”

“Went to pick Beer and Seltzer last week and the store was sparkling clean and neatly arranged. Maria was really helpful in helping me with my questions. One young lady at the store helped me with Seven-11 rewards, have been to couple of other Seven-11 stores but no one asked me about rewards program and young lady helped me signing up for rewards and i got good discount on Seltzer. For sure visiting again.”
