“I've been a Cricket customer for nine years. Our original phones from cricket were old and outdated. My wife's phone was acting up and about to die. We dropped in to see Abdul at Cricket about the phone issue. After a discussion with him, we were convinced it was time to update our phones. Abdul was very helpful in his recommendations based on our budget and tech level with phones. We purchased two new phones at a very fair price. “Kevin came to my home for an estimate of Frame TV, Beamer and Mini Subwoofer. Rates competitive with big box places near by. We scheduled my installation and he and his partner( brother Mark) definitely knew how to install. Kevin is wonderful with the technology. I definitely believe in this day and age you need someone like Kevin to install your system. He and Mark had it up in no time. And he had came back when a tech problem needed attention. We are lucky to have such a great product in the Rochester area. Capitalize on it. Again, 5 ⭐️!!!”

“We have 7 lines on our plan so I am constantly in need of something. This location is super convenient! I love having somewhere to stop into in person, and Alissa has been so helpful the last two times I have been there! I opened a new line and was transferring someone else's number from Spectrum to my Verizon plan. It wasn't working at first and Alissa gave me her number when I left the store to make sure to follow up with me and see it through. She was so thorough and helped until the issue was resolved. The second time I went in, my husband's phone had just stopped working. I went in to upgrade, I was paired with Alissa again, and again, it was an amazing experience! She's top notch for customer service! I have to go in today for my daughters phone and I'm hoping she's there! Everyone in this store is really friendly both times I've been in. They all seem knowledgeable about the phones and the services.”

“I love their self service car wash. It's a very economical way to wash your vehicle.
I run Sunoco fuel in my car (have been for years), and they sell Sunoco at very competitive prices. My car's engine can tell the difference.
The store is always clean and well stocked. The staff are friendly too.”

“Went to pick Beer and Seltzer last week and the store was sparkling clean and neatly arranged. Maria was really helpful in helping me with my questions. One young lady at the store helped me with Seven-11 rewards, have been to couple of other Seven-11 stores but no one asked me about rewards program and young lady helped me signing up for rewards and i got good discount on Seltzer.
