“I had a great experience at the Verizon store on Chili Ave in Rochester the other day. I walked in expecting the usual long wait and confusing phone plan talk, but Nathan, the rep who helped me, completely changed that. Right away he greeted me and asked what I needed, and I explained that my phone had been acting up and I was thinking about upgrading but wasn’t sure what my options were. Nathan took the time to walk me through a few different phones and plans without making me feel pressured to buy the most expensive thing. He even showed me a couple settings on my old phone that I didn’t know about and helped transfer all my photos and contacts when I decided to upgrade. The whole process was smooth and honestly way less stressful than I expected. By the time I left, everything was set up and working perfectly, and Nathan made sure I knew how to use the new features before I walked out. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at a phone store. ?”

“Thank you Mario, I went to 3 different places to try and get my phone fixed and I knew it was something simple with the processor I was quoted wild prices and some told me they couldn’t help but… Mario went above and beyond to fix the problem I’m talking about full on focused ? even tho I knew it’s something they don’t really fix he ended up getting it fixed for me and helped me add another line for my business practice it my guy

“We just had AAA Sound & Video redo our 3 conference rooms with 85 inch televisions and a control panel. The system controls are extremely easy to use, so our secretaries and staff can start everything up. They left the area clean and everything is working great.”
“I got my phone from this place 5 years ago and they are awesome... Just got a virus on my phone today and the kid working there was amazing and knew exactly what to do.... MetroPCS is also cheaper that TMobile and they use the same towers... Just go to this place instead.”

“This Target location seems to have gotten a bad rap - especially by my own mother. My husband, daughter and I were in the area visiting my mother recently and stuck at the worst Holiday Inn on earth right next door, we popped in to grab some items we needed. I found this Target was just fine - a typical Target store and typical staff. I honestly have no complaints about this location at all.”
“I had to get new hearing aids and I wasn't able to pair them to my phone. I originally went to the Cricket store on Ridge Rd near Hudson, that guy wasn't any help at all. But the store on Norton, the man there was incredible! His name was Josh, he spent probably 1hr trying everything he knew to get it to pair and nothing worked. I really needed to get the app to work, so I decided to get a new phone. Josh set it all up, transfered everything over, then helped me to pair the hearing aids whiched worked! I was thrilled. I think Josh definitely went above and beyond in helping me. He was very polite, had patience, and a great sense of humor. He was very entertaining lol. I would give him 6 stars if I could. Thank you Josh! I am so happy that I can finally use my hearing aids with my phone! Very grateful! Cricket you have a good man there!”
“I visited today with a ring we found that we thought for sure was gold...soft like gold 22K insignia And tested it on ceramic!!! They did a chemical test and apparently it was not gold!!!.... on the hunt to figure out what it is!!”

“This 7-Eleven is in a remarkably convenient location with incredibly friendly staff who always brighten my day. The parking lot is spacious, though you'll want to dodge some major potholes. It’s usually busy, but they move fast and run great sales. A solid, reliable stop despite the bumpy lot!”

“Of the three Metro stores in the area I visited in a short amount of time to fix a myriad of phone issues, I found the employee at this store to be the most helpful and the best one at helping to communicate things in ways I could understand, since I'm phone dumb. He also seemed to be willing to give me honest answers for better or worse, which definitely fostered trust for me. I regret I didn't catch his name, it had been a long day.”
