On Monday, I accidentally lost my wallet at the store. I didn’t even realize it was missing until two days later.....by then, I was going crazy trying to figure out where I had last used it. Eventually, I remembered I had tipped the kind gentleman who cleaned the inside of my car, so I called Delta Sonic to check.To my relief, the management team told me they had found a wallet that matched my description. When I went in to see it, it turned out to be mine with nothing missing. In fact, there was even a bit more cash in it than I remembered having!
I can’t express how much this experience meant to me. I had been going through a tough time personally and had started to lose faith in humanity. But what the staff at Delta Sonic and that honest person did completely restored my faith. Their integrity, honesty, and genuine care really touched my heart.

“Being a driver I spent the weekend here. It's well lit at night, quite, concrete parking fuel, def and a cat scale, all the stuff a truck driver needs inside, plus a separate conv. store and Dunkin Donuts,, and a sub sandwich shop that's off the chain awesome. They have canoli, and pasta salads, the place is clean and all the employees are super nice. Nice place.”

“We have been taking our cars to Craig Barrese for years. My recent experience is just one example of why. We had a sudden failure of the starter on our SUV just a day before we were to load it up and head out on a multi-week vacation. Craig diagnosed it over the phone and despite being booked out for several weeks said he would try to take a look at it if we could get it towed in. I called AAA and waited for a call back from the garage. When closing time came I called to get a status report. I was told that not only had they made time to look at it but we’re working overtime to finish up replacing the starter. I rushed over to pick up the car so they could go home. As I picked it up I was told that because they had no open bays in the garage, they had to work on it in the parking lot (despite some rain showers that afternoon.) Now that is what I call service above and beyond!”

“Good gas station. They recently upgraded their pumps. The Walmart+ app connection still wasn’t working the last time I went here though. That’s the only downside I experienced. It hasn’t been working for at least 3 visits now. It used to work a while back though.”

The machine wasn't working and he went above and beyond, contacting managers and even letting other employees know I was going to keep checking in. 2 days before Christmas someone got the machine working and I was happy. I haven't been able to get there during Mike's shifts but a huge thank you for all his help ?”
“I had an electric issue with my Toyota Sienna and AAA recommended this repair shop. I took a chance and knowing the repair will be complicated and I need to go out of town in few days - I asked the mechanic to repair the vehicle by end of Thursday night. The mechanic stayed until 9pm that day and repaired my vehicle. “Out of many gas stations the pumps shut off so I have to hold it and not pull the lever up all the way. I stopped at Kwik Fill and I was surprised it never shut off until it was full. I have CRPS so standing can be an issue and also, they have great prices compared to other gas stations. So now I mostly go to Kwik Fill ?”

“Who knew?? Gas station right down the street STOCKED with all manner of craft. Warm, build-your-own-six, cold, and on tap. Told the guy I've been keeping on eye out for 120 minute IPA, been wanting to experience it. "Dude, I have some aging in the back I'll getchoo one". HA! CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS LITTLE GAS STATION! HOW UTTERLY CONVENIENT FOR ME!”
“My car overheating on 590 thur way and I had to get to the closest gas station because I had my child with me so I pulled in there the guy in the store help and called his boss and his boss trying to help and told me it's not safe to drive so they say I can stay there until my ride came to pick me up and gave me a drink for free for my child. They were so nice and sweet.”
