“North Stamford is a really great branch. Wayne, Antonella, Shahana, and Byron are very helpful and get my transactions done efficiently. The Branch Manager, Mirella, and Assistant Branch Manager, Connie, are really friendly and extremely helpful. As for the Teller Supervisor, Laura, she is also extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. The North Stamford Branch is one of the best branches I’ve gone to. I would highly recommend this branch for all your banking needs”

“I am not sure why the reviews here were so poor. I just had my children's 10th and 8th birthday party here, and the event was excellent. We reserved a party room, and it was very beautiful and comfortable. The staff was nice, food was good and the manager was very professional. The children enjoyed all the video games. I would use this venue again for a party.”

“I'm really impressed by this particular CVS location! I was there earlier this afternoon buying a bunch of miscellaneous items. I noticed that some of the paper towels were on sale. The Charmin 8 pack's were not on the shelf, though, so I thought they ran out. I asked one of the associates (average height, somewhat tan, shoulder length black hair) if there were any in the stock room. She checked right away and a minute later, found me and explained that they were in the process of unloading the 8 pack paper towels off the truck. Unfortunately, the towels were in the way back of the truck, so it wasn't looking good. Anyway, when I was checking out, the same associate came up to me, paper towels in hand, and asked if I still wanted the item. She realized the sale date they had on display expired a few days ago. Before I could even respond, she and the cashier said not to worry and that they'd honor the sale price. I must've saved $8 on that item (I saved over 40% on my entire purchase between all of the sales and my coupons). What a great visit! The staff is quick to answer your questions, follow up with you, and make sure you're getting the best deals possible. I will be shopping at this CVS location from now on :)”

“I came in around 3 pm Thursday afternoon because I had an issue with my online savings account. There were several people ahead of me waiting to speak to a representative. We were all pretty patient. A woman, who I later realized was the branch manager, would touch base with us from time to time, to assure us that we would get assistance. AN HOUR LATER, I could stand it no longer and flagged the branch manager down, saying I've been waiting!!!! Help me!!!! She led me to her office and I explained her situation. Unfortunately, my online problem could not be resolved in person. Argh! She was empathetic and definitely a cheerleader of the Citibank brand as she asked me to please keep my business with Citibank despite my online issues. She was good.”

Only thing I'm seeing recent;y is longer wait time in lobby, not sure can be since it's the holidays and staff might have been on vacation and/ or out.”

“The 101 North Larchmont Blvd. branch of Chase is simply fantastic. I do not understand how other reviews could be less than five stars. The current branch manager, Jose Lopez, has developed a highly qualified and dedicated staff and a great place to bank Mr. Lopez interrupted his scheduled efforts to meet with me, carefully listened to my needs, and introduced me to one of his bank officers, Jordan McDaniel. Jordan McDaniel, an exceptional bank officer, is a rare combination of banking knowledge and customer service delivered with genuine care and consideration With Mr. McDaniel's assistance I was able to clearly understand all my banking options and, with his guidance and thoughtful follow through, I was able to achieve all I wanted to achieve in a timely matter. I would highly recommend this bank, this branch office, Mr. Lopez and Mr. McDaniel and the banking experience they have developed to anyone.
