“I took my 2005 Toyota RAV4 after the AC stopped working..Mo found that someone had smacked in to the front bumper and punctured the condenser behind the front grille..he was able to replace it and also proceeded to repair the bent frame from the damage..he did it at a great price They also were the only ones who were able to fix this awful knocking in my front end when I would go over any bumps..replaced tie rods.. I have been to other service stations around the area here and this service station has been the best value and they seem to get the problem fixed every time..”

“What a breath of fresh air this place is. I have been looking for a go-to mechanic since moving to the area about 10 years ago. It should not take that long to find a capable, trustworthy mechanic, it really shouldn’t. But it’s been a combination of shady garages and more establishment chains that *always* find “emergency” needs for the vehicles that must be addressed immediately (to the tune of thousands of dollars, even with haggling).
I needed an oil change and state inspection, and that’s exactly what I got. No hassle, professional and personable, it’s a hidden gem as far as I’m concerned. I look forward to continue doing business with them.”
“Great prices, need membership though. Love their new feature that tells when a pump is empty, its helpful when trucks or vens are getting filled and is impossible to know if a car has moved out. A nice indicator tells which pump is open for service. People are very helpful and come to support with anything.”

If you are looking for an amazing mechanic go to this shop. I highly recommend them. The dealers are too expensive and they tend to rip you off. My vehicle is a 2012 Mercedes and it is running like new. Go to Ro Ro to fix your vehicle and you will not be disappointed. I don't give many reviews but I feel obligated to give one. They are FANTASTIC!!”

“I have been a customer at Manor Auto Service every time I drive up through New York City on my way back to Connecticut, and it is always a bright spot in my travels. The service is outstanding, the staff are friendly and attentive, the gas prices are reasonable, and the location is convenient. They also have an impeccable selection of snacks, which is always appreciated on a long drive.
Ciernan, in particular, is always a bright spot whenever I stop by. On one occasion, when my tires were deflated while getting gas, he immediately came out to help without hesitation. This made it quick and easy to clean out my car without having to wait. Additionally, their car wash looked modern and well-maintained, and while I didn't use it on this occasion, the positive reviews I've heard locally make me confident in its quality.
The deli store inside was also a pleasant surprise. It was well-organized and offered a wide variety of fresh-looking snacks, drinks, and even some quick meal options. The staff at the counter were friendly and efficient, making for a quick and pleasant transaction.

“I was in the middle of a trip from Pennsylvania to western Massachusetts when my 2012 CRV started thunking hard. I thought I had a flat but none of my tire indicators were on, nor any of my engine lights. I pulled off the highway and parked on the side of the road in a residential area and started investigating, which for me means kicking the tires and checking the oil. I'd just had the brakes done, but I couldn't see anything loose. A neighbor walked up, asked if he could help, but the problem seemed bigger than either of us could fathom. That's when he recommended this service station. I pulled in at about 9 o'clock on a Saturday morning, and the place was hopping. The owner came out, listened to my story, and said he might or might not be able to get to it today because his guys were leaving at 1 PM. I didn't have a lot of options, driving to the service station made me very nervous because of the clunk and clatter, so I parked the car, called around, and started calculating the cost of having my car towed 160 miles to home.Joao, the owner, came out to check on me, and I told him I hadn't found any other service stations that could help. He said he'd squeeze me in. His mechanic drove it into the bay and figured out the problem in one minute. Loose tire. As in, one of the bolts was about to pop out and the rest were wriggling free. I shudder to think what would've happened if I had been on the Hutch when the driver side front tire decided to separate from the vehicle!All of us breathed a huge sigh of relief. The mechanic double checked my new back brakes, tightened all the Lugnuts, and then they sent me to the local bagel shop with a list of pastries and coffee for the team. This was the lucky, lucky day I got to buy everybody breakfast as compensation for the repairs. Otherwise, no charge.As a musician on the road, I've had my share of breakdowns and emergencies. All in all, I've been really lucky, and today was no exception. If you're in a pinch, I recommend Joao and his friendly, efficient team without reservation.”

“There are a ‘pair’ of stations on each side of the road. Lowest gas prices in area. During periods of busy traffic it can be difficult to cross over to the traffic lane on the opposite side of the road, so best to use the station on your direction of travel. Still, it’s good value if you need to wait a few minutes. With pricing at 40 to 50 cents per gallon less than many stations in the area you can save $5.00 per 10 gallons of fuel. Be patient!”
