I never thought I would like hot yoga but it is so relaxing. I can really just focus on the moves and turn my mind off. Rino is one of my favorites. Definitely helpful for someone who wants to relax, the best studio I've ever been to.

I LOVE YOGAFREAK! The staff is so nice, the classes are so good, and I always leave feeling energized! My favorite instructor is Muscle Mary! Her classes are so fun and I love her music selections.
