“I needed my wedding ring resized. Also I needed an antique pendant repaired. I ordered it online from Paris, France, and when it got here it had come apart. I was heartbroken to have paid a good deal of money for it, and I wanted it fixed immediately. Regarding making my wedding ring larger, two Bronx jewelers informed me that my wedding ring could not be made bigger because it has a feather-like design on it and it would be ruined if altered. (Palmer Jewelers was able to do it and you couldn't even tell anything had been done to it). Palmer Jewelers to the rescue! The three women who work there are exceptionally kind and considerate, even offering me water, as it was quite warm outside. The pendant was repaired and my ring resized in a few weeks. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a professional jeweler, who really did a fine job on my jewelry. Also, they have exquisite jewelry for sale. The ladies who work there go above and beyond to be kind, compassionate and professional.”
