“I’ve been ordering wine online from rye brooke wines for over a decade and have had only positive experiences. They deliver to Manhattan free of charge if you order a certain amount, which is a great convenience! High end bottles or mid tier, vintages are always exactly what I ordered and if there is an issue (out of stock or different vintage), they take care of it via email or over the phone.”

“I have enjoyed buying wines from Daniel Posner/Grapes for 20+ years. While I definitely do not agree with all of his recommendations, his wine knowledge is encyclopedic; more importantly, his wine prices are very competitive. If you can survive his delusional writing about the Jets during football season and just pay attention to his deals, you will be as satisfied as I have been. Really should be 4.7 Stars but that's not an option.”

“Gigantic, and the inventory is insane. It's impressive enough to wow people who come up from the city. The add-on restaurant and brewery are nice too. Drinking beer out at the big picnic tables by the Sheldrake River (I should say "river") is the best.
I'm taking off a star cuz they are always out of the one thing that I come here to buy, Dr Brown's diet cherry soda There's a big hole in the shelf in the same spot every time. They could order more but they don't for some reason. Pure luck whether they have it or not.”

“Full disclosure: I've only placed one online order with Bottle Grove, so I can't speak to the experience of shopping there physically. But what an excellent experience I had.I placed an order in late August 2023. Within minutes, I received an email from Chris that the following week would be too hot to safely ship wine, but that if this was an urgent order, they could make it happen. I never would have thought of this, and never would have expected a vendor to put this much thought into their fulfillment. I accepted their offer to hold shipment until the weather turned around, and received a follow-up note confirming the bottle was gift wrapped and shipped (with tracking number provided!) from another member of the team, Matthew.Bottle Grove is doing customer service and fulfillment the right way! Thank you!”

“Definitely my favorite liquor and wine store in the area. The selection is nicely curated, and the store is well organized. The woman working here is so incredibly nice and helpful. Cheerful. I like the blue dog decor everywhere. Be sure to look up and observe the flags, which help organize the wines. But be sure also to ask for a lay of the land, as you might find some options you would not have noticed otherwise.”
“Absolutely superb wine store, with a well-curated selection, and a friendly and knowledgeable staff.
There is a very good chance that they have the wine (or spirit for that matter) that you are looking for, and if not they are generally happy to order it for you.
I can not recommend them enough if you are in the Greenwich/Stamford area, especially if you have a day on the Ave, and want to head back onto 95 it is very convenient to pop into Winewise and grab something.”

Storage clean and staff is quite friendly and ready to help with your selection and answer questions for your purchase and for your interest of wines and liquors. “Okay this is the place to go for all of your liquor needs or if you need to pick something up before dinner at a friend's house. They have one of the largest selections of wines, champagne, hard liquor, etc. that you can find in the area. The prices are decent and the folks in the store know their stuff and try to help you out. They have a lot of wine that's labeled with ratings and descriptions so you can choose the best one that suits your taste. There's a parking lot and folks are usually in and out.”

“Very clean, bright, open store with several varieties of wine, from all price ranges. Some well known value brands and more niche labels. Prices are appropriate. Variety is just right. Also has a liquor section with everything from lower shelf to high shelf stuff! The staff is so nice and helpful! And they also do delivery through Drizly. The order always arrives quickly and well packaged. They really put thought into how they do business. This is now my go-to wine shoppe when in the Westchester/Bronxville area.”

“Whoever is out there looking for a place to buy some flavored soju but don’t know where to go, this is your destination. This place even got the yogurt soju which imo on par with the peach one.I think the fact that they accommodated my request for the soju sums up the review for this place. Super friendly and they are welcoming. Not only they are accommodating, they are also very knowledgeable. I always ask for their help on wine just to explore different tastes and it always hits the spot.If you are a local looking for a new liquor shop to try or live along the i-95 looking for flavored soju, I’d recommend this place highly.”

“Thierry, the owner, is incredible who has a contagious passion for wine.. I’ve had a hospitable experience at every visit. This place has a fantastic, diverse portfolio of international wines at great price points. (I’ve noticed I’ve been ripped off by some other local purveyors and shops who apply silly, unfounded markups… they shall remain nameless but it’s terrible!) I LOVE their detailed notes on each bottle and the care they take to do their research. It’s really clear to see this spot was opened with real dedication. I hope you choose to support these guys as they’re definitely the best in town and the region.”
