“I have been a Paraco customer for several years through the Hudson Valley fuel buying cooperative. I was away and I received both texts and emails that due to the snow on my driveway they couldn’t make a scheduled delivery. I arranged to have my driveway and parking area cleared better and salted and arranged for a delivery. The delivery came the next day and as my tank is located on a grassy area 40 feet or so from my driveway, a clear path though my lawn to the tank was not shoveled ( I have never had to have the entire pathway over my lawn shoveled before).
The driver made it up my driveway and then saw that the tank was not easily accessible as there was still snow covering my lawn from the recent large storms. The driver made the delivery even though it was difficult and above and beyond what he expected to encounter. Customer service was excellent and their driver is to be commended.”
